Sacrament of the Eucharist
Holy Communion
Eucharist is where our entire life finds its
purpose, meaning, and unity.
‘The Eucharist is the source and summit of Christian life
(CCC 1322).
Children of eight or above are invited to join a programme of preparation to receive the Sacrament of Penance, and make their First Holy Communion.
The child is led to experience and understand the mystery of Christ according to his/her capacity, and can receive the Body of Christ with faith and devotion.
If you want to make this journey with your child please contact the parish office.
The parish uses the programme: ‘I want to make my home in you.’
